Capablities – Milling

Evak Engineering has a wide range of milling machines to provide precision engineered parts and components.  We also have the versatility and flexibility for milling of prototypes; spare parts and innovative concept engineering. Working on a wide range of materials Steels; Aluminium; Stainless Steel and specialised materials.

Turning

Evak Engineering has CNC turning to provide precisions precision engineered parts and components in addition to manual lathes for one off and specialist applications for small engineering batches and prototyping. Maximum material dimensions for turning 2500 x 400 mm. Working on a wide range of materials Steels; Aluminium; Stainless Steel and specialised materials.

Evak Engineering use Mig, Tig and gas welding techniques on a wide range of materials including Steels, Aluminium and Stainless Steel, to provide one off engineered parts and components; fabrications to batch work and repeat items.

We also provide portable welding to service customers on-site requirements.

Evak Engineering can assist wth the concept stage and design of the customers product and also provide support and innovative solutions for problem solving.

fabrications

Evak Engineering work on a wide range of fabrication projects, either at Brentwood Grove or on-site.

Evak Engineering offer rapid trouble shooting and process support for customers to provide solutions and fixes to breakdowns and issues. These support packages include within the hour, the same day and the next day.

We provide radial arm drilling from single spindle to twelve in line spindles and offer a guillotining service up to 8mm. Working on a wide range of materials: steels; aluminium; stainless steel; and specialised material.

Evak Engineering has the power press capacity to 100 Tonne and with a range of power presses we can provide formed components engineered to a tight tolerance. Guillotining up to 8mm. Spot and stud welding options.
