Using CNC Turning equipment enables us to work with larger volume production and batch runs of components and parts.   In addition the software keeps a record of the processes so that future batches can easily be loaded. Furthermore amendments are made to update design changes.

Parts are turned to the specifications and tolerances required. Moreover this allows us to meet exacting requirements on our CNC Turning.

Furthermore, full material traceability is offered, and we machine a wide selection of materials including.

  • Mild Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Brass
  • Phosphorus Bronze
  • Aluminium
  • Other specialised materials.

In addition, there is also a range of traditional lathes, which are operated by highly skilled individuals.  Furthermore, this skilled capability gives us the opportunity to manufacture one-offs, prototypes and samples.

Re-engineering

Evak Engineering are often called upon by a range of customers to re-engineer parts.  These are third party components which have not been suitable in assembly.

The re-work cost and turnround that we can achieve is quicker and cheaper than a complete remanufacture.  Above all these components are usually reworked on the day of receipt.

In other words providing this services it allows for our customers to keep their production and assembly lines running.
