On Tuesday alone,

• Emergency requirement to repair a water-cooling cylinder, the cylinder was spraying water at pressure.  No drawing; an estimate of the compound angle, discussion with customer and our team go to work.
• Customer rebuilding a pump and urgently needs a support frame, his rough sketch idea is considered by our team; concerns and working issues are discussed with the customer, a new suggestion put forward and the customer collects it within a couple of hours;
• Phone call about some parts we made in 2017, customer cannot remember exact details, however they urgently need replacements.   Quick check of the records, confirmation of the part details and we are underway;
