Fabications North East at Evak Engineering. We provide an array of fabrication projects. These are carried out either at Brentwood Grove or on-site for customers.

In addition these projects can run from one day up to 3-4 months. A team of welders and support staff are involved to complete the build.

Furthermore the project management is completed by our own staff. We work closely with the customers designers and engineers.

Fabrications North East – Materials

Our fabrications use a wide range of materials including.

• Mild Steel
• Aluminium
• Stainless Steel.

Firstly we provide full traceability of materials. Secondly testing reports are provided by us when required. In addition, project management and milestones are key for these projects. Our team manages this, reporting to customers’ requirements. This is usually weekly or monthly.

Fabrications Drawings and Concepts

Customer drawings and concepts are used to build the fabrications. In addition our experience and range of expertise is called upon to help design out component and assembly issues. Moreover this is before the fabrication is manufactured.

Subsequently this reduces processing issues once the project goes live.

In addition, we provide fabrications where an existing process has failed.  The customer identifies wear during routine maintenance.  Moreover identifying if and where the existing assembly is likely to fail.

Flexibile and Rapid Response

Working closely with customers maintenance and engineering teams we propose a solution. Before the maintenance cycle is complete the solution is implemented.

Evidently these require a flexible and rapid response.
