Happy New Year to all our Customers and Suppliers.
Off to a flying start – first customer on site Monday 4th at 8am, wanted some urgent engineering modifications to their processing line – on their site by 8:15am and work underway!
10am second visit from different customer, need some re-engineering of some parts for current production line build; re-engineered and delivered back by 2pm.
11am first “can you design a new product” request, drawn and costed within the hour!
Customer on site, I didn’t know that you sharpen blades for recycling processing? Of course we do, blades on site for refurbishment.
Could be a busy year – looking forward to it!
