Powder Coating North East

Evak Engineering have their own Powder Coating Plant. Moreover this was installed in response to the customer demand for specific finishes.

Similarly having a Powder Coating Plant gives us the facility to complete the full assembly in-house.  In addition the range of products requiring this service together with the range of colours readily available has increased.

Coating & Drying Oven

Our Coating and Drying oven facility is operated by our highly skilled staff. For example we match the colour requirements to customer samples or RAL numbers.

Consequently the coating is applied at the end of our manufacturing. In other words it supports the work from the machine shop, welding, fabrications and pressings.

Above all our powder coating is applied to a wide range of materials including.

• Mild Steel
• Aluminium
• Stainless Steel.

In addition we provide full traceability of materials.

Usage

Our powder coating is used in many sectors:

• FireDocBox – . This is our own product. The FireDocBox is used in residential and commercial properties alike. To clarify it is used to securely store emergency services data. Furthermore, this is provided with a safety Bi-lock for added security.  These are powder coated red.
• Industrial assemblies for coiling equipment. This includes spares and replacements for this equipment.
• Automotive components which are powder coated to the customer RAL specification. These are held in stock as standard black. In addition the option for other colours is available.

In conculsion Powder Coating can be delivered to a wide range of sectors and has a customer base in the North East and beyond.
